As you embark on a new journey keep an open mind. You never what could be until you try, waste no opportunity.
This is the final article I am writing about the Quarantine Days we have all spent together at our homes. If you haven’t read my previous articles, do have a look here & here.
So, a lot of things went as planned and I am happy about it. The Holidays or the Quarantine days are now over for me, since I have joined an organisation as a full time employee. This changes so many things. As mentioned in my earlier article that I had a month to work on whatever I want, I was able to do a couple of things that I would like to mention.
First, I have made a course for designers and its now on Udemy- here is the link- Create stunning Logos using Adobe Illustrator. The course has 4k+ enrollements at the time of me writing this article. Second, I was learning Django and Voiceflow too last month and I have made videos on it on my YouTube Channel -HackerShrine. I was able to maintain the consistency of uploading one video every week till now. Hoping the same continues in the future as well.
Now that most of the things are changed I have to come up with some other schedule so that I can work on stuff that I like after the office hours. This month I did some trial and error of doing anything at least for 2 hours after work. This with the assumption that I do not have anything office related work left. So far I feel this is productive. I keep the hours flexible too.
Another thought that came to my mind was to become an early bird and not a night owl. This will give me around 3 hours in the morning and couple of hours after work too along with a good night sleep.
This new schedule is quite productive to be honest. Because of work from home I don’t have to travel, this saves alot of time. Maybe I will try a couple of other things that will make my day more efficient.
A long break came to an end and a new journey has started.
